Jonathan has lived in southwestern Vermont since 2016 with his wife, Kate, and their house full of children, dogs, cats, and one leopard gecko. He brings more than a decade of community and economic development experience to State Representative role in Montpelier, where he will focus on three major issues in the District:

• tax relief for district residents

• public resources for rural towns

• economic opportunities for businesses

Since announcing his campaign in April 2024, Jonathan has connected with families across the district who support his decision to focus on working Vermonters and relationship-based representation.

A bright future for the towns of the First District means ensuring a bright future for the children growing up here today, and also the children that will grow up here in the years to come.

 

In addition to his work managing the Community & Economic Development program at the BCRC, Jonathan is the proud Board Chair of Sunrise Family Resource Center.
